INGREDIENTS:

6 Medjool Dates

1 Ripe Organic Banana

½ Cup of Raw Almonds

16 oz. of Coconut Water

6 Ice Cubes or 2 cups

1 Tablespoon of Organic Coconut Oil

1 Tablespoon of Raw Maca Powder

1/2 Vanilla Bean or 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract

1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds

PREPARATION:

Add into your blender deseeded dates, banana, almonds and ice cubes.

Next pour in the coconut water.

Finally add in all the other ingredients and blend together until desired consistency.

Enjoy with an organic green tea or organic low acid coffee!
