INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Baby Spinach

½ Cup Soaked Chickpeas

½ Cup Chopped Greens Beans

¼ Cup Chopped Bell Pepper

½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes

1 Handful of Sprouts

PREPARATION:

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl and enjoy with the Citrus Avocado Dressing!

Citrus Avocado Dresssing (2 servings)

Ingredients:

1 Sliced Avocado

1 Peeled Orange

1 Cup of Chopped Fennel Stock

Juice of 1 Lemon

A Handful of Basil

A Pinch of Sea Salt

 
PREPARATION
 

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy.

Pour over salad and enjoy!
