5 oz. Pasture Raised Organic Chicken Breast or Thighs
½ Cup Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Lemon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper and Himalayan Sea Salt
½ Cup Asparagus
½ Cup Organic Broccoli
Add almond flour, lemon pepper, ground pepper and sea salt into a small bowl. Next place the chicken into the bowl and cover the outside with the flour mixture.
Add a tablespoon of coconut oil into a medium saucepan and preheat on low. Add in the chicken and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until desired.
Remove chicken from pan and place onto a plate. Add in 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to the pan and preheat on low.
Add in broccoli and asparagus into the saucepan and cook for 4-5 minutes on low heat.
Place cooked broccoli and asparagus onto plate with chicken and enjoy.
