1 Frozen Banana
½ Cup Frozen Mango
½ Cup Frozen Pineapple
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
¼ Cup of Gluten Free Oats
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Turmeric
A Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger
¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
In a medium bowl combine coconut milk, turmeric, and maple syrup. Then whisk until mixed.
Pour mic into blender. Next add in banana, mango, pineapple, vanilla extract, black pepper, and grated ginger into the blender and blend until creamy.
Add in all shredded coconut, oats, hemp and chia on top.
