Pina Colada Bites

Pina Colada Bites are vegan and easy to make with just 4 ingredients! My father in law was present during one of my youtube video recordings. He couldn't wait to get his hands on this tropical healthy snack! The whole recipe takes less than 8 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

½ Cup Pine Nuts

½ Cup Unsweetened Dried or Freeze Dried Pineapple.

½ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

¼ Cup Goji Berries

PREPARATION:

Add pine nuts into a food processor and blend until powder.

Combine all other ingredients into the food processor and blend until mixed.

Scrape out dough and use your hands to make balls. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours then devour!
