This salad recipe can honestly be hands down the best salad recipe on earth! Full of rich flavor and so satisfying. The must have special ingredient is our creamy lemon salad dressing.

5 oz. of Pasture Raised Organic Grilled Chicken Breast or Thighs
1 Cup of Chopped Kale
3 Medium Finely Chopped Brussel Sprouts
1 Cup Organic Blackberries
½ Cup Sliced or Crushed Almonds
Grill chicken on an outdoor barbeque or a searing grill on low heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until desired.
Once chicken is cooked chop it into smaller pieces.
Chop 1 cup of kale and finely chop 3 brussel sprouts.
Add kale and Brussel sprouts into a medium bowl.
Add in blackberries, chicken and almonds.
Enjoy with the Creamy Lemon Salad Dressing.
Creamy Lemon Salad Dressing (serves 1)
¼ Cup of Almond Butter
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
Juice of 1 Lemon
¼ Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt
1-2 Tablespoons of Water
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and serve.
