2 Coconut Tortillas (The Real Coconut Co.)
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
3 Pasture Raised Eggs
½ Cup Chopped Kale
¼ Cup of Grated Organic Raw Cheese
Crack 3 eggs into a medium bowl then beat until desired consistency.
Add 1 tablespoon coconut oil to a small sauce pan. Preheat on medium then add in eggs. Sit eggs until cooked.
Warm coconut tortillas and place onto a medium plate.
Finally place the eggs inside the heated tortilla. Place all other ingredients on top and enjoy!
