6 Pitted Medjool Dates
1 Ripe Organic Banana
1/2 Cup of Raw Cashews
32 oz. of Coconut Water
12 Ice Cubes
1 Tablespoon of Organic Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon of Raw Maca Powder
1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seed
1 Tablespoon of Chia Seed
1/3 Cup of Raw Cacao Nibs
Add into your blender pitted dates, banana, cashews and ice cubes.
Next pour in the coconut water.
Finally add in all the other ingredients and blend together until desired consistency.
Enjoy with an organic green tea or organic low acid coffee!
