1 Package of Frozen Unsweetened Acai Fruit (100 grams) 1⁄2 Cup of Frozen Organic Strawberries
3 Ice Cubes
1/2 Organic Banana
4 Pitted Medjool Dates
2 Tablespoons of Coconut or Cashew Yogurt 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Raw Cacao Nibs
1 Heaping Tablespoon of Raw Almond Butter
1 Cup of Organic Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
Combine frozen acai, strawberries, ice cubes, banana, dates and yogurt into a blender. Blend until creamy but firm like sorbet. Pour into a medium bowl.
Add all other ingredients in the bowl, mix and enjoy!
